This awesome therapy is a fusion of Shiatsu, Thai and Ashiatsu. Laying fully clothed on a mat, compression and stretching is used to get you moving again. Designed to provide pain relief and restoration. Think lazy girl’s yoga.
*Accommodations can be made for those who are unable to get up and down off of a mat*
